Our triple at E-World 2019
29. January 2019Yes, you read that right—this year, for once, we’re holding two enerchart Customer Days. Normally, we’d plan just one per year, but last April we held our very first Customer Day, and it was fully booked. So we decided to go ahead with two after all. The second one took place today (November 20), and what a day it was!
First of all, a big thank you to all the customers who made the trip. In the age of Teams meetings, it’s all the more of a treat to welcome people in person.
Customer Days are not promotional trips! We had nothing to sell and no dry workshops to push. For us, the sole focus is on building strong, personal customer relationships. Customers should know what drives us. And they should share their own aspirations with us. The logical outcome is a win-win for everyone involved.
The guests, who had traveled from all over Germany and Austria, were treated to many insights into current and future developments. We presented our research and pilot projects, highlighted here by our future solution for tariff-based load management for industry and commerce, which is currently being used in no fewer than eight pilot projects. Spoiler: at E-World next February, the rest of the world will also get to see the solution and be amazed. Of course, there were also insights into enerchart’s customization options; this time, we presented cenero.one’s real estate and tenant portal, which enables comprehensive operating cost statements, mid-year consumption data (UVI), and energy management for commercial tenants. For many of enerchart’s customers, it was interesting to learn just how far we can actually take customization without losing the benefits of standardization in terms of maintainability.
For us, the event was a reassuring confirmation that our now-powerful software leads to high satisfaction and productivity among our users, and that our planned further developments are heading in exactly the right direction.
So let’s start looking forward to Customer Day 2026. As always, tickets are only available on the black market.
